A & R Bouncy Castles with over 20 years experience are the longest established inflatable hire business in the Allerdale & Copeland District. We are a well-established family run business with one of the largest ranges of bouncy castles & inflatable games in Cumbria and South West Scotland specialising in all aspects of inflatable fun. We use this experience to advice all our clients on which inflatables would be best suited to their event.
Whether you are having a family get-together, a birthday party, wedding, fun-day, school fete, BBQ or just want to keep the kids amused, hire an inflatable of your choice from our extensive range.
We recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, however we do take bookings as late as the same day when possible.
We base our prices are based on a daily hire, which includes delivery, assembly, dismantling and collection of all equipment along with instructions for safe use. Where appropriate safety mats will be provided for additional safety.
We require our Terms and Conditions of Hire to be signed before any items can be left. Therefore, please ensure that there will be someone there to sign on your behalf if you are unable to be available at the time of delivery. You can view a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Hire for each inflatable before the hire these will be emailed on request.
Delivery for private events is generally made between 8am and 12pm. During the summer months collections are between 5pm and 9pm. Please ensure the official party time with your guests is between 12pm and 5pm we delivery and collect on a geographical round basis, however we do try to be as flexible as possible. Generally, first delivered is first collected and last delivered is last collected to ensure everyone has maximum use of their chosen inflatable unless an alternative time is agreed in advance.
Fun-days & adult party times differ from above please contact us to discuss your individual requirements, for instance if you require a specific collection and delivery time because you are hiring a hall, or organizing a school fete, or fun-day please ensure you inform us at the time of your booking to ensure that we can accommodate your exact delivery and collection needs.
Supervision by our fully trained staff can be arranged for all our inflatable equipment. The is especially beneficial for organized events and fun-days because not only does it allow you to benefit from having an experienced person manning and controlling the equipment you are also covered fully by our insurance if our staff are present through-out the hire. Supervision is available at an additional cost please contact us to discuss your event and we will be happy to advise you.
In the event of bad weather please contact us before 9 am on the day of your event, if you would like to cancel. If we arrive with your item and you change your mind you will be expected to pay. No refunds will be available should the weather change after the item has been delivered and assembled. We reserve the right to refuse to inflate any equipment if we consider it to be unsafe due to strong winds or rain.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking on the day if you are not in at the time of delivery, or if there is not enough clear access, the ground is not reasonably flat and clear from dog mess, stones, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture, overhanging trees.
